Registration fee includes participation in scientific meetings, congress bag-documents, free admission to exhibition grounds and participation in social programs.

Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: 1.300 TL + 18% VAT for the participants who register without accommodation.

Services included in the Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: Open buffet lunch, drinks to be taken at lunch, coffee breaks, take advantage of the Congress Hotel All Inclusive ”system between 09.00-18.00. Participants who will not be staying at the convention hotel must pay the registration fee and the package fee without registration.

The room rates stated above; Includes All Inclusive concept accommodation, coffee breaks, transfer to / from airport and other hotel guests for 4 nights including 11 March 2020 check-in and 15 March 2020 check-out.

Transfer fee between private airport and hotel is 300 TL + 18% VAT.

Companion difference to our physicians; For Sueno Deluxe Hotel and Calista Luxury Resort Hotel 900 TL + 8% VAT (including 4 nights package and airport transfer fee) will be requested. Two adults and children under 12 years stay free of charge.

Nurse participation fee: 400 Euro + 18% VAT

Registration includes congress registration, 12 March 2020 check-in and 15 March 2020 check-out. Calista Luxury Resort Hotel includes a 3-night double room, single accommodation and transfer to and from the airport.
