Congress Date and Place

National Lung Health Congress NLHC-2020 will be held on 11-15 March 2020 at Sueno Deluxe Hotel, Belek Antalya.

Language of Congress

The language of the congress is Turkish and simultaneous translation will be provided during the sessions with foreign speakers.

Badge

Badges will be given to all registered participants and accompanying persons. In order to ensure the order and security of the congress, badges must be attached to all scientific and social activities.

Congress Registration

Registration desk; It will be open from 07.30 to 20.30 on 10-15 March 2020. The name badge, congress bag, participation certificate and meeting documents can be obtained from the registration desk.

Secretariat Services

Your application for secretarial services will be answered through the information desk at the congress center.

Certificate of participation

All participants who have registered to the congress will be given certificates of participation on 15 March 2020, the last day of the meeting. Participation documents will be distributed through kioks which will be placed on the registration desk in the congress center.

Courses

It will be held on 11 March 2020.

Scientific Program

Scientific sessions of the congress will start on 12 March 2020 and will end on 14 March 2020.

Lending

NLHC 2020 - National Lung Health Congress will be accredited by TTB-STE / CPD Accreditation-Crediting Committee.

Invitation letter

The invitation letters of the congress will be sent to the participants via the Congress Secretariat. Central permission letter will be written to institutions employing a large number of physicians. Such invitation letters may only be used for permission.

Papers and Awards

All papers will be collected via the online notification system on the web page. Those selected by the evaluation jury among the papers and posters accepted to be presented at the congress will be awarded prizes.
Our congress is planned as an international congress in accordance with the applications of academic encouragement and associate professorship.

Exhibition Areas

During the congress, a large area was reserved in the hall and foyer of Sueno Deluxe Convention Center in order to exhibit their products in the fields of medicine, medical equipment and books. It is requested to carry the congress registration badge at the entrance to the exhibition areas.

Coffee Break

During the congress, tea and coffee will be served from the congress center foyer and stand areas.

Lunch

During the congress, lunches will be served as a buffet at Sueno Deluxe Hotel main restaurant.

Sightseeing

Sightseeing tours before and after congress can be arranged upon request. For this purpose, a tour desk will be established in the congress registration area. Tours can be done in two different forms as private one-person tours and group tours. At least ten people are required to register during group tours. Transfer Information

Two way airport transfers between Sueno Deluxe Hotel and Calista Luxury Resort Hotel - Antalya airport will be provided free of charge to our participants who provide flight information. Please contact OCT Turizm for private transfers. Please note that if you notify flight changes 24 hours in advance, the transfer will be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding registration and refund of accommodation fees;
Full fees, if notified by 27 January 2020.
From 27 January 2020 to 17 February 2020, 50% of the charges will be refunded.
Cancellations received after 17 February 2020 will not be considered.
All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the congress.
