1. YOUNG ACADEMIC SUCCESS AWARD

• Awarded to scientists who have made significant contributions to our branch with their scientific researches and studies not exceeding 40 years of age.
• The main criteria for the selection of candidates are the web of science based h-index and the number of publications in the 1st and 2nd names index. Impact factors of journals published in 1st and 2nd names are collected.
• Applications must be submitted in electronic form.
• The last day of nomination or application is February 14, 2020.
• Selection is made by the scientific committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
• The award is given to only one person per year. The award may not be given in the years when there is no suitable candidate.
• The amount of the prize money is re-determined every year. (2000 TL for the year 2020)
• The prize-winning researcher is awarded a prize and certificate.
• The award is announced at the opening ceremony of the congress.
• Candidates may appeal the result

2. RESEARCH ARTICLE PUBLICATION AWARD

• Made in Turkey and abroad is given to the SCI or SCI-E research published in the journal article.
• The applications are evaluated by the jury considering the impact factor of the journal. The article should be published within the last 2 years.
• It is awarded to 3 studies each year and is announced as the first, second and third prize.
• The study should be prepared by the researcher's own efforts, should be of a unique nature and contribute to the field of respiratory diseases.
• Applications are made online by the candidates.
• For individual applications for studies published with the participation of more than one researcher, the candidate must obtain the signed consent of the other researchers.
• The last day of nomination or application is February 14, 2020.
• Selection is made by the scientific committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
• The amount of money to be awarded is determined by the association every year. (1500 TL, 1250 TL, 1000 TL for 2020)
• The prize winner is awarded a prize and certificate.

3. POSTER PRESENTATION AWARDS

• It is given during the closing of the congress.
• Awarded for the best 3 studies.
• Awarded works are awarded a certificate.
• Each prize winner will receive a prize of 1000 TL and a certificate.

4. ORAL PRESENTATION AWARDS

• Kongre It is given during the closing of the congress.
• Awarded for the best 3 studies.
• Awarded works are awarded a certificate.
• Each of the first three oral presentations chosen from oral presentations will be awarded a prize of 1500 TL and a certificate.

The awards that are planned to be given by LHICS at the congress every year may be revised by the association if deemed necessary. The same person can only receive one of the prize money. LHICS undertakes to distribute prizes according to objective, transparent and objective criteria.

5. SCHOLARSHIPS

Full scholarship will be given to a limited number of research assistants and experts whose papers are accepted. Membership of LHICS Association is obligatory according to their branches.

Scholarship coverage for the nurses: Congress registration, 12 March 2020 entry - 15 March 2020 exit, 3 night side accommodation hotel Calista Luxury Resort Hotel in a double room with a nurse who won another scholarship accommodation and two-way airport / Belek bus station transfer is included.
